Public-beta terms · Version 0.2
Terms of service
These terms govern use of Saydub, a service for producing AI-dubbed versions of user-supplied video. By submitting a job, you accept the version shown in the credit-approval step.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your source content. You must own it or have permission to upload, translate, and process it. You must also have every legal right or consent needed to synthesize or transform the voices of all speakers.
Allowed content
Dubbing v2 may not be used for film, television, scripted streaming programs, video on demand, theatrical releases, or similar professional entertainment and professional audiovisual productions unless Saydub and its dubbing provider separately authorize that use in writing. Creator-platform and user-generated content published on services such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms is expressly excluded from that professional-entertainment restriction.
By submitting content, you represent that it is permitted creator-platform content or that you have obtained the required separate written authorization. We may reject, pause, or remove a job when its eligibility or permissions cannot be verified.
Prohibited use
You may not use Saydub for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, infringement, political manipulation, or content that conceals AI-generated speech in a way likely to mislead. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms.
AI outputs
Outputs are AI-generated and may contain translation, pronunciation, timing, or voice errors. You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing it and for disclosing synthetic speech where required by law or context.
Credits and payments
Credits are an internal usage unit, not currency. A job reserves an upper bound before processing, then settles per target using provider-reported duration in six-second blocks. Failed targets are not charged and unused holds are released. Credit packs are non-transferable and subject to applicable refund law.
Third-party processing
ElevenLabs provides AI dubbing, Stripe processes payments and tax information, and Supabase provides application data and private media storage. Finished MP4 files may be assembled locally in your browser from a private source-video link and the dubbed audio. Additional supplier restrictions and third-party-beneficiary language may apply when required by the applicable provider agreement.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for claims arising from content, instructions, rights, consents, or uses you provide in breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Saydub and its providers against those third-party claims and related reasonable costs.
Service limits
The service and AI outputs are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saydub disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Saydub’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected job, except where applicable law does not allow that limit.
Deletion and suspension
You may delete projects at any time. We may suspend access for safety, legal, payment, or security reasons. Originals normally expire after 7 days and finished outputs after 30 days unless deleted sooner.
Contact
Effective August 27, 2026. Use the contact route through which you received access to Saydub for privacy or legal requests. We will publish the final controller identity and postal address after incorporation and counsel review.
