Public-beta policy · Draft 0.1
Privacy policy
Public-beta draft. Retention periods, subprocessors, controller identity, and regional disclosures remain subject to counsel review.
What we collect
We collect account details, access-status records, project settings, source media, generated outputs, billing records, consent attestations, and limited security and request metadata.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, process localization jobs, reserve and settle credits, deliver private outputs, prevent abuse, resolve failures, and improve reliability.
Advertising measurement
We use a Saydub-specific Google Ads tag to measure whether an ad visit leads to a verified purchase. We send the purchase value, USD currency, and a non-customer order identifier only after Stripe payment is confirmed. We do not send your email, account identifier, payment method, or media to Google. Advertising personalization is disabled, and advertising storage is denied for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Media processing
Source media is stored privately and shared with contracted dubbing and packaging providers through short-lived or controlled URLs. Signed media URLs are not written to normal application logs.
Retention
Original uploads normally expire after 7 days. Generated outputs normally expire after 30 days. Financial, security, consent, and provider-event records may be retained longer where necessary for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention duties.
Your choices
You may delete a project and its active media from the product. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data.
Security
We use private storage, row-level database policies, short-lived delivery links, webhook verification, event deduplication, and restricted service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Contact
Effective August 27, 2026. Use the contact route through which you received access to Saydub for privacy or legal requests. We will publish the final controller identity and postal address after incorporation and counsel review.
